Booking, Deposit & No Refund Policy

Please read our policy carefully. By making a deposit, you agree to all the terms outlined below.

Important Notice

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a deposit is made, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Deposit & Reservation

Once a deposit is made, we will reserve that appointment time specifically for you and will not book another client in that time slot. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once received. Deposits cannot be transferred to another person, another service, or another appointment unless approved by the studio.

Rescheduling

Clients are allowed one complimentary reschedule only if something comes up. To reschedule, clients must notify us at least 24–48 hours in advance. The new appointment date and time will be based on our current availability.

No-Show & Late Cancellation

If a client does not show up, cancels last minute, arrives too late for the appointment, or does not respond to confirm the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded or transferred to another appointment.

Consultation & Mapping

If the client has arrived at the studio and received a consultation, mapping, pre-drawing, or had appointment time reserved and prepared for them, but decides not to proceed with the service, the deposit remains non-refundable. The deposit is used to secure the appointment time, consultation, mapping, and service preparation.

Before the procedure begins, a consultation, mapping, and approval process will be completed. The client will have the opportunity to review and approve the shape, style, color, and service plan before starting. Once the client approves and the service begins, the payment is final and non-refundable.

Final Payment & No Refunds

Once the procedure has started or been completed, all payments are final. We do not offer refunds due to change of mind, personal preference, dissatisfaction, not liking the selected shape/color/style, or having different expectations after the service.

Healed Results

Healed results may vary depending on skin type, skin condition, aftercare, lifestyle, and pigment retention. Results are not guaranteed to heal the same on every client.

Touch-Up Sessions

A touch-up session is not included in the initial service price and must be booked as a separate appointment. Touch-up is typically recommended 4–6 weeks after the initial session to refresh color, refine shape, and perfect the healed result. Pricing for touch-up will follow the current rate or promotion available at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.

Client Agreement

By booking an appointment and sending a deposit, the client agrees that all deposits and completed service payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including no-show, last-minute cancellation, arriving too late, deciding not to proceed after consultation/mapping, or dissatisfaction after the service has been completed.
